Complete Instrument Cluster for Opel Kadett (1973-1987)

Inspired by the classic Brazilian GP version.

The cluster features white translucent backlighting with red needles.

This instrument panel replaces the original dashboard and includes an electronic speedometer with total and trip odometers, electronic tachometer, fuel level indicator, engine temperature gauge, and warning lights.

Installation is straightforward: simply remove the original instruments, insert the new panel in place, and make the necessary electrical connections. No modifications are needed.

The backlighting intensity can be adjusted via the included keypad, which has a DIMMER function.

The tachometer has an integrated Shift Light feature and is compatible with 4, 6, and 8-cylinder engines. It works with electronic ignition systems, programmable fuel injection, and spark multiplier modules (MSD, Mallory, and similar) that have a tach output.

The speedometer requires the installation of a Hall-type speed sensor (not included), which must be mounted directly to the gearbox, eliminating the need for the original speedometer cable. After installation, the speedometer can be calibrated to match the vehicle's transmission ratio and tire size.

Once calibrated, the speed readout is highly accurate.

We offer two different models of speed sensors with an M22 thread for mounting on the original gearbox: 145.0.0.0.2 or 145.0.0.0.4.

The fuel level indicator is integrated into the speedometer display and offers excellent visibility, including a reserve fuel indication. You can use any type of tank and float by performing a simple calibration starting from an empty tank, half-full, and full.

Just like the speedometer, once configured, the fuel level indicator is highly accurate.

The temperature indicator is calibrated to work with the included temperature sensor.

The motors that drive the needles are designed for long-lasting performance.

IMPORTANT:

• To operate the speedometer, you need to acquire/install a Hall-type speed sensor (3 wires), with 4 to 8 pulses per revolution. This sensor is not included and must be purchased separately. We recommend the following models: 145.0.0.0.2 or 145.0.0.0.4.

• Inductive speed sensors (2 wires) can be used if you install an Inductive Sensor Conditioner CSI-1.

Warranty: 12 months against manufacturing defects.
