135 mm Instrument Cluster – Chevrolet 1947 to 1955

The 135 mm (5.3") insert-mount instrument cluster was inspired by Chevrolet pickup trucks manufactured in the United States between 1947 and 1953, popularly known as “Boca de Sapo / Advance Design”.
It can also be installed in any other vehicle with compatible cutout dimensions or in custom projects that allow adaptation.

This set includes a speedometer with total and trip odometers, tachometer, fuel level gauge, engine temperature gauge, electronic oil pressure gauge with sensor, and battery voltage indicator.

Its translucent backlighting offers 7 selectable colors with DIMMER function for brightness control.
White-lit pointers ensure excellent visibility both day and night.

Detailed Features

Speedometer

• Scale up to 180 km/h

• Fully configurable, compatible with any transmission ratio and tire diameter

• Works with electronic speed sensor (not included)

• Accepts inductive sensor signals (minimum 1 Vpp peak-to-peak) or square-wave signals

• Multiple calibration methods, including a practical 60 km/h calibration function

• Total odometer with programmable starting value — ideal for preserving original mileage

• Trip odometer resettable via keypad

• Accurate and stable speed indication after configuration

Tachometer

• Scale up to 6,000 RPM

• Compatible with Otto-cycle engines (4, 6, and 8 cylinders) and Diesel engines

• For Diesel engines, the signal must come from the alternator W terminal

• Not recommended for vehicles using mechanical points (breaker-point ignition)

Oil Pressure Gauge (Manometer)

• Fully electronic system, with sensor installed directly on the engine (no fluid-filled hoses inside the cabin)

• Heavy-duty pressure sensor, resistant to up to 2× the working pressure

• Oil pressure sensor and wiring harness included

Engine Temperature Gauge

• Electronic system using the modern MTE4054 / ODG 052.0.0.0.3 two-wire sensor

• Reliable and precise operation

• Sensor and harness included

Fuel Level Gauge

• Fully programmable for any tank/sender unit

• Two configuration methods:

  • By entering resistance values (empty, half, full)

  • By filling the tank during calibration

• Includes 4 pre-programmed sender curves plus a customizable mode

Battery Voltage Indicator

• Displays the vehicle’s electrical system voltage (12 VDC)

• Allows monitoring of alternator and battery performance

Indicator Lights (Warning Cluster)

Set of 6 illuminated indicators, covering essential vehicle alerts:

• Alternator

• Oil pressure

• Brake

• Left turn signal

• Right turn signal

• High beam
